Last month I started journaling and with it came setting goals and also trying to log them in my journal daily when I’ve actually completed them.
September went pretty well in terms of the blog! Also, I had a goal to do something fun or enjoyable every single day! I definitely did that too! I read quite a bit as well, but didn’t finish the book I was reading.
Now with the start of October I have a few personal goals and a few financial ones.
Since I did so poorly on the cooking goal, I’ve decided to make my goal to cook about half the month. Hopefully I can do more, but I don’t want to put too much pressure on myself with everything else I’m trying to get done lately.
Yesterday I was able to cook since I was working from home. 1 day down! 😂
I also really need to focus on my physical health by doing some exercise. I’ll set my goal to walking since I wanted to do Pilates last month and I did, a grand total of: TWO times! 😬
